It is very easy
to obtain Chantix now as its manufacturer ‘Pfizer' has made it available in
almost all countries. If you want to know more about this latest revolutionary
drug for smoking cessation, read on.

About Chantix – Its manufacturer and types

A leading pharmaceutical giant called Pfizer manufactures Chantix. This is the
same pharmaceutical company that manufactured a popular impotence drug
called Viagra. It is believed that Chantix will follow suit and become as popular
as Viagra.

Chantix in its own right has managed to gain lots of popularity and many
smokers have thankfully quit their habit with the help of it. Many people are
confused between Chantix and Champix and this adds more to the
public-recognition of this drug. In reality, Chantix and Champix are different
names for the same medication. Both of them contain varenicline and both
help in smoking cessation. The only difference is in the US , the drug is known
as Chantix whereas everywhere else it is known as Champix.

If you are from the US, you will get Chantix whereas in other parts of the world, you will get Champix.

Comes in the strength of

Chantix is available in two strengths viz. 0.5mg and 1mg. Smoking cessation
treatment with Chantix normally lasts for 12 weeks or longer depending upon
a doctor's discretion. At the start of the treatment, lower dosage of Chantix is
prescribed and the dose is titrated as time advances.

Side effects of Chantix

Chantix is a prescription medication and is said to help smokers quit smoking
easily and painlessly. However, Chantix also has some side effects and you
might experience some of the side effects of it. It is not compulsory that all
those who take Chantix experience side effects, so you need not worry about
it.

The most common side effect of Chantix is nausea followed by stomach pain,
indigestion, constipation, gas, insomnia, unusual dreams, headache, increase
in hunger, loss of taste, and fatigue. You might experience one or more of
these side effects if your body does not adjust to the medication. You should
inform your doctor if any of these side effects bother you and become
troublesome.

Availability of Chantix

Chantix is available by prescription in several parts of the world. You can get it
from a local pharmacy near to you or order it online. It is very easy to obtain
Chantix online as it saves your time, money, and energy.

Many people nowadays order Chantix online as it is more convenient for them.
For people with busy schedules, this way to obtain Chantix is like a boon.

Why is Chantix better then other medications?

There are many reasons because of which Chantix is preferred over other
treatments and medications. The major reason Chantix is opted is that unlike
other nicotine replacement therapies it does not contain nicotine. In addition,
the safety and efficacy profile of Chantix is much more appealing than other
treatments and medications.

Chantix works in a revolutionary way to help smokers give up smoking. It
removes the pleasure out of smoking and makes it easier for smokers to stub
out their cigarettes. In addition, it also helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and
nicotine cravings, these two factors are the main reasons why people cannot
quit smoking. By striking these two factors, Chantix leaves no loopholes and
smokers get a fail-safe treatment for smoking cessation.

How Chantix is best over Zyban?

In clinical trials, the efficacy and safety of Chantix was measured against
Zyban, which is yet another quit smoking drug. As everyone expected,
Chantix won without trouble over Zyban. Chantix is two times more effective
than Zyban and hence one can say that it is best over Zyban.

If you really want to quit smoking, make a strong resolution and stick to it. You
will be able to quit smoking without a shade of doubt, all you need to do is to
get Chantix and make a strong decision. Success will follow itself.

Article Source: http://www.upublish.info/

About the Author:
Alen D Costa

Webmaster associated with online pharmacy "Chantix-Buy.com" this site provides various information on Chantix (Varenicline) and helps people in curing Smoking Cessation, resources are available on site Chantix-Buy.com.
<!--

Hall

An addiction to nicotine is a serious one indeed. Many studies have shown that it is one of the most addictive substances known, and most people will gain a dependency to it soon after they start smoking regularly. When you smoke a cigarette, you body receives an instant rush of nicotine - there is a spike in your nicotine levels which slowly dissipates, and when your nicotine levels drop below a certain point you will crave another spike, in the form of another cigarette. As a smoker, part of your body's physical addition to nicotine has to do with relieving it in these "hits," and it is for this reason that an attempt to quit smoking can be so difficult. The most important thing in any attempt to quit smoking is willpower, and the chances that you will succeed in staying smoke free without the use of willpower are extremely slim. In same cases, however, you can benefit from using a medical aid in addition to your willpower. The most common and well known aids to quitting smoking are those that supply and regulate nicotine in the bloodstream. A popular choice is nicotine gum. This is gum that resembles ordinary chewing gum, but of course it contains nicotine. The reason nicotine gum can be effective is because is can replicate nicotine spikes in your bloodstream without the need for cigarettes. The problem that some people run into with the nicotine patch - the other popular nicotine supplier - is that a nicotine patch supplies a steady amount of nicotine into your bloodstream. There is no spike, or "hit", with a patch, and for this reason some people still find themselves craving cigarettes when they use the patch: even though the body is receiving nicotine, it desires the hit that the cigarette provides. With nicotine gum, you can attempt to replicate this hit without a cigarette. The gum is not chewed like normal gum -- rather you hold in your mouth without chewing it for long periods of time, and then give it a few chews when you want a release of nicotine, much as you would take a drag on a cigarette for a quick nicotine hit. A typical guideline for nicotine gum would be to chew it 3-4 times, until you feel a tingling sensation, at which point you should flatten it and place it between your cheek and gum. Repeat the brief chewing process at occasional intervals as necessary. Under no circumstances should nicotine gum be chewed like ordinary gum, as too much nicotine will be released into your bloodstream. Nicotine Gum comes in 2mg and 4mg strengths (the 4mg is recommended if you smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day.) It is recommended that you use the gum every 1-2 hours throughout the day, for a period of up to 3 months. The only drawback of nicotine gum is that you cannot drink anything except water for 15 minutes before and during chewing. For this reason nicotine gum isn't helpful at a bar, which is where many ex-smokers need the most help. Despite this, nicotine gum can be an effective tool -- when combined with your willpower -- in an attempt to quit smoking.
Article Source: http://www.upublish.info
About the Author:Brandon C. Foremost, this is because most smokers become addicted to the nicotine contained in tobacco products. Nicotine has a deadly addictive power. How? When a person puffs a cigarette, nicotine particles find their way to the lungs through inhalation. From there, nicotine is absorbed into the bloodstream just like the oxygen people breathe. It travels with the blood to the brain where it locks onto certain receptor areas. Dopamine is then released into the brain. This is the chemical that makes the smoker feel a euphoric sensation. Smokers find it difficult to quit because they come to be dependent on this good feeling. And in wanting to experience this repeatedly, this leads to dependence – a sign of addiction. A person who attempts to quit may experience withdrawal symptoms. Topping the bill of withdrawal symptoms is depression. With the absence of the chemical that produces the relaxing feeling, the brain becomes distressed without it. Other withdrawal symptoms from smoking include: - Headaches, dizziness, and nausea - Shakes, chills - Cough, dry throat nasal drip - Hunger, fatigue - Constipation, gas or stomach pain - Insomnia, troubled sleep Not knowing what to do with their hands is another common complaint among ex-smokers while quitting. Once people get hooked, smoking becomes a big part of their lives. They seem to enjoy holding on a stick of cigarette and puffing on them. And after a long period of lighting up, it becomes a routine. As a fact, humans are creatures of habit. By some force of habit, smokers find themselves reaching for a cigarette and lighting it up automatically without thinking about it. Certain “triggers” in the environment may also hamper a smoker’s desire to quit. Things may turn on a smoker’s need for a cigarette. These may be feelings, places, and moods. Even the things done routinely may trigger this craving for a smoke. For those who have been smoking for quite a while already, they may not realize it but they form some emotional attachment to cigarettes. They find the cigarette calming and comforting during those stressful times. Cigarette smoking somehow becomes an extension of their social life, particularly when they are emotionally at the highest or lowest. Giving the smoker a feeling that giving up smoking would seem like giving up a trusted friend. These are only some of the major reasons why it is hard to quit smoking. But there are also several strategies and quitting techniques that may aid smokers to finally give up on this tenacious habit. Quitting smoking all begins with one’s intention to stop. They must have the will power to overcome the craving for smoke. There are also a lot of quit smoking products in the market. These may also be worth trying. Support groups are proved to be very helpful, too.
Article Source: http://www.upublish.info
Foremost, this is because most smokers become addicted to the nicotine contained in tobacco products. By putting pressure on certain points throughout the body, corresponding to the meridians or energy centers as understood by ancient Chinese medicine, energy blockages are removed, allowing the body to function in optimal health. This approach may prove beneficial to smoking cessation in a number of ways. By strengthening the body’s natural processes acupressure may help flush out toxins, thereby alleviating the discomfort of withdrawal from nicotine or other harmful substances. It promotes relaxation, which addresses any underlying stress that could be contributing to your smoking habit. There are also specific points which are thought to correspond to the suppression of compulsive appetites, such as overeating or smoking. Several such points are located in the ear, and therefore require a more specialized treatment approach than other more easily accessed points on the body. For this reason, as when dealing with any serious health condition, it is best to consult with a professional practitioner. Treatment generally does not take long before results are noticeable, and the lack of side effects is a popular feature of this type of smoking cessation method. Acupressure has been found to show rapid, lasting and impressive results, particularly in helping people get through the difficult nicotine withdrawal stage with fewer unpleasant side effects than usual. In some cases treatment has even resulted in making cigarettes taste unpleasant, making the process of quitting easier. It has been used successfully where other methods have failed. With the many different forms of smoking cessation available, acupressure may not be the one that first comes to mind. However, the results show that it should be an option you keep in mind, particularly if you have tried other methods with little success. Stimulating the body’s own natural healing processes, and providing relief from the unpleasant sensations typically experienced during an attempt to quit smoking, make acupressure a viable alternative for many. Explore your options in stop smoking methods and products before choosing the strategy with the best chance of working for you. Remember, your desire to change is key, so start by becoming very clear about your goals, your reasons for quitting, and the tools you will use along the way. A well designed plan is your best chance for success, and is worth spending some time and thought developing in order to be prepared for the obstacles and challenges you will likely encounter. With the right amount of organization and support, you are off to a great start and can begin looking forward to reaching those all-important milestones, one hour, one day, one week at a time. Start taking steps towards better health today – you and your loved ones deserve it.
Article Source: http://www.upublish.info
This approach may prove beneficial to smoking cessation in a number of ways. The inability to quit smoking causes many to privately belittle themselves and curse their seeming weakness.

For others it seems they simply wake up one morning and decide to quit smoking. What makes the difference in these people? Is someone who decides to quit smoking like this a stronger person than the one who has yet to become a non-smoker? Let’s evaluate.

First off, most people even smokers don’t really enjoy smoking. For some the nicotine addiction is strong. Nicotine is very addictive, and breaking this addiction by not smoking can be very trying and difficult. Even after months have passed, there are those who will start smoking again. So, if you’re one who has yet to quit smoking don’t berate or belittle yourself.

By the same token, don’t give up on the idea to quit smoking. Yes, nicotine is addictive, but it is an addiction that can be broken. There are several aids available to help you quit smoking. There’s gum, there’s patches, and there’s even inhalers containing nicotine, that will gradually help you wean yourself from the addiction as you quit smoking. All of these aids do have merit.

One component is mandatory if any of these aids are to work for the person that has previously tried to quit smoking and failed. This component is your attitude. Before you even begin the actual process to quit smoking, you will most likely need some adjustments in your attitude. If you prepare yourself before you actually quit smoking, your chances for success are much better.

The way to begin to prepare yourself is to come to certain realizations. First off, you can’t quit just because someone told you it is bad for your health. You can’t quit because your significant other wants you to quit smoking. Most likely fear is not a good motivator for you either. You’ve developed a strong will to continue, even though you berate yourself for it.

Thus, for you the decision to quit smoking must be accompanied by a will that is just as strong, if not stronger than your current will to quit smoking. Many processes and plans have been developed by different organizations to aid you in this process.

Most will tell you to set a quit date at least 10 days out, and don’t actually stop smoking until your quit date. It’s also advised that “cold turkey” is the most successful quit path. During those days before your actual quit smoking target date, you are mentally preparing yourself to be free from smoking. This must be a strong decision that only you can make for yourself. No one else can do it for you.
To lead you to the strength you need to effectively quit smoking, you’ll need to evaluate yourself and the real reasons behind why you are still smoking. This is not an easy task for many, but once they’ve listed all the true reasons, and have adopted the mental attitude to replace smoking with other things that will provide better benefits, the task of quitting becomes much easier.

Once your quit smoking date arrives, you may want to use some of the aids discussed above to improve your success rate. The point is that if you’ve properly done your preparation beforehand your opportunity for success will be greatly improved. Remember, the mind and body thrive and accommodate whatever substance you give it. Be sure to feed both the mind and body only positive substance and the results will be positive. You can quit smoking.

About The Author:David Olsen is the founder of http://www.40something-fitness.com, the website that helps you defy middle-age. This is a broad category that covers patches, lozenges, gum and other means of introducing nicotine into the body without the use of tobacco products.
Nicotine replacement products work by introducing nicotine into the body through contact with the skin or lungs and provide the nicotine your body's craving without the harmful gases and other harmful byproducts of smoking. NRT is not a sure fire method to smoking cessation, though, as it only suppresses the body's craving for nicotine and does not treat the psychological aspect of nicotine addiction.
Nicotine replacement patches are an extremely popular way to quit smoking. The patch is placed on the upper arm or the side of the abdomen and left there for the manufacturer recommended time period. The patch in infused with nicotine and transmit the drug through the skin into the body over the course of time. Smokers will not notice a dramatic lessening of their cravings, but withdrawal symptoms will become more manageable. As with any other medication, patches have side effects, some patients even report that the adhesive used on the patch causes painful skin irritation.
Nicotine gum is another popular means of delivering nicotine without the use of tobacco. Nicotine gum, like nicotine patches, contains nicotine, but none of the harmful carcinogens found in cigarettes. The gum is chewed for a brief time, and then held against the cheek and gum. Patients often report a tingling sensation in the area where the gum is held. Manufacturers state that this is normal and is caused by the gum transmitting nicotine into the body. Once the tingling sensation subsides, the gum will need to be chewed again for a few minutes and then held between the cheek and gum once more. A single piece of gum should last several hours.
Inhalers work much like the inhalers used by asthmatics. It delivers nicotine to the lungs in a mist form, which is then absorbed through the lining of the lungs. Nasal sprays work in a similar fashion. Inhaled forms of nicotine usually have a shorter duration than patches and gum.
It is important to understand that nicotine replacement therapies will neither force you to stop smoking, nor completely eliminate withdrawal symptoms. There will be uncomfortable symptoms to endure and the desire to light a cigarette only lessens, it never completely goes away. Other smoking cessation methods may need to be used to completely stop smoking.
Heather is a regular contributor to How I Quit Smoking and Family and Health
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Heather_D_Brown
<!--

Mistakes that soon have them back on the hook again and often feeling more desperate then ever. Learn here from the experience of others and you can avoid making these costly mistakes yourself.
Mistake #1: Ask a smoker if they should quit smoking and most will readily agree that they should. Ask them if they would like to quit and you likely get ready agreement as well. But take it from someone who has quit themselves and helps others to quit as their job; should and wanting to quit are starting points but they are not strong enough motivators to get the job done.
They'll be no success until a smoker really has decided to quit. What makes a smoker decide to quit rather than just want to? When the pain of continuing to smoke becomes greater than the pain of quitting. When you've decided to quit, you may not know how on earth you're going to manage it but you know you're going to find a way somehow.
If you don't feel that kind of pain yet, work on it! Start to think seriously about how this slow suicide habit is really negatively affecting your life. Write the reasons down, add to the list each day, carry it with you at all times and read it to yourself regularly. You'll start to feel the pain.
At the same time, start another list of all the benefits you'll enjoy as a non-smoker. Read this list as well each time you read your list of reasons for not smoking. This will move you towards making the decision to quit even faster.
Mistake #2:Simply, this mistake is not having a plan. Everyone knows of some smoker who "just woke up one day and quit." Well that's just great and I am very happy whenever I hear of any one who has quit however they managed it. But again, from experience I know (and the research bears this out) that less than 10 percent of smokers quit successfully going this route.
You are obviously not just choosing to smoke. If you were then you could just as easily choose not to smoke. You know it's not that simple. First then, you need to identify what is driving your smoking habit. You can learn more about these drivers from information from the web, a book or a professional knowledgeable about these things. At the same time you can also get the help you need to plan some sound strategies to counteract those drivers.
Mistake # 3: Developing the right attitude is everything when you've decided to become a non-smoker, plan or no plan. Imagine two people set off to climb a tall mountain, each with equal weighing backpacks. The first one looks up and exclaims "Oh no, what a HUGE mountain! How am I ever going to succeed in climbing THAT? This pack is already so heavy! I am never going to be able to do this. What could I have been thinking of?" The second climber also looks up. "Oh boy! what a beautiful mountain! I can't wait to get up to the top and tell everyone what I saw and that I actually did it. I am sure you can see for miles from up there!".
Not hard to see which climber has a better chance of making it to the top is it? Well, you've got your mountain to climb to become a non-smoker. You can do it - if you develop the right attitude. Without it, you've failed before you start.
Think about itBecoming a non-smoker is the best thing you can do for yourself; giving yourself the gift not only of a longer life but a better quality of life. A life with more energy in it than you can imagine. A life in which you become more attractive overnight and of course, save a pile of money at the same time!
You can do it. Millions have. But they avoided the three big mistakes when setting out to become one. They took the decision to quit, they had a plan and they developed the winning attitude. How about you, will you avoid the three big mistakes?
Stephen Gruber, MA is a Consulting Hypnotist at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in Montreal. Still, young people of today do not give serious attention to the very familiar health warning that cigarette smoking is dangerous to one's health. Let's make it more curt and precise: Smoking curtails life!
If nothing can make you quit smoking, fear probably will. Indeed the scientific evidence that points to smoking as a major cause of a shortened life should inspire fear in those who smoke. And for non-smokers, the realities should make them think real hard about ever lighting that very first stick.
Have you really paid attention to the many ways how smoking can shorten your life? Here's a rundown of the different causes of death brought about by smoking regularly - and read closely: coronary artery disease, cerebral vascular lesions, heart diseases, lung cancer, pulmonary disease, duodenal and gastric ulcer, cancer of the mouth or larynx, circulatory diseases, Buerger's disease, aneurysm, cirrhosis of the liver, cancer of the bladder; add to that accident, violence, and even suicide. The list can go on.
While it is true that there are fewer smokers today, these people actually smoke more cigarettes per day on the average. One reason for this increase in average consumption could be the filter in cigarettes. Because filters take away some of the nicotine and tars, the cigarette's "flavor" is substantially reduced. Hence, many smokers feel less satisfied with every stick that they light - and so, they smoke more of these filter cigarettes in order that they obtain that certain degree of contentment they desire.
Studies conducted on those who used to smoke regularly revealed that their chances of contracting serious health disorders from smoking gradually declined after they quit smoking. For those who have smoked no more than one pack of cigarettes in a day, the prospects are bright. But just breaking this habit of smoking can have positive effects on even those who smoke heavily.
How can a regular smoker quit smoking successfully? Is there a sure way to prevail over this nasty habit? The urge to smoke is simply too strong that, in most instances, even a steadfast intention may not be enough to break the habit. Pills, sprays, gum or patches don't work either; in fact, these nicotine-replacement products pose some risks of addiction and they have side effects that need to be noted carefully: pain and whirling sensation in the head, weakness of the muscles, sullied vision, itchy skin, and upset stomach.
The decision to quit smoking should be strengthened by such reasoning that gives emphasis on the greater benefits of quitting as contrasted with the temporary satisfactions that smoking brings. If you are tired of trying and failing to quit smoking, be glad to know that there is an amazing system that can make you quit smoking successfully - and make you stop ever wanting to smoke ever again.
Are you tired of trying and failing to quit smoking by using nicotine-replacement products that are themselves addictive? Why would they want to waste so much of their hard earned money on this disgusting habit, a habit which in reality is slowly killing them? To help me to understand the logic of a smoker, I have asked a couple of my friends, who have both been smoking cigarettes for most of their adult lives, to explain to me why they started to smoke all of those years ago.
For governments from around the world to be successful in the quest to get people to quit smoking they really need to understand why people smoke in the first place. It is not just a matter of raising the amount a packet of cigarettes, there are a whole number of social issues to deal with.
It’s cool to smoke!
I was taken aback when my friend, who’s name is John, stated that he had started smoking cigarettes because he thought that it would make him look cool. How crazy is that?
I smoke when I am feeling stressed or under pressure
My friend Paul gave me the reason that I was expecting, he stated that he smoked mainly when he was stressed or at times when he felt under pressure. Somehow these people need to learn how to deal with stress and pressure without feeling a need to smoke. This is about re-education and again breaking this habitual cycle.
I smoke to be sociable
John then came in with a comment, I like to smoke when I am out with friends, for example when we are having a few drinks in a bar, just to be sociable. Yet another bonkers comment from John. I can not think of anything more unsociable which is one of the main reasons why there is now a smoking ban in the UK.
People now have to realise that to smoke makes them an outcast. It is not cool, it is not sociable and it is very very bad for your health. It is time to start looking for the best way to quit smoking.
Stephen Hill runs The How To Stop Stammering Centre, he has a number of websites including:
stuttering treatment
debt reduction advice
free reflexology chart
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Steve_Hill

Why you should quit smoking:

Has anyone ever told you that you should quit smoking? If so, have you then asked yourself “Why should I quit smoking?” Keep reading and you will find out why you should quit smoking.
There are so many reasons as to why you should quit smoking. I am going to give you, in my opinion, 4 of the best reasons why.
Reason #1 – Your Health
Who wants smoker’s cough, lung cancer or emphysema? The answer is simple. Nobody.
Please keep in mind that just because you quit smoking doesn’t mean that you won’t develop these serious health problems. But if you quit smoking now, you increase your chances of not developing them. Lead a healthier life and quit smoking now.
Reason #2 – Your Appearance
Many studies have shown that smoking can cause premature wrinkling of the skin, yellowing of the fingers, fingernails, and teeth, as well as dry and scaly skin. Everyone is concerned about their appearance in one way or another. So keep yourself looking great and quit smoking.
Reason #3 – Your Finances
You should ask yourself “How much money am I spending each week or each month on cigarettes?” I mean really sit down and do the math. For example, let’s say one pack of cigarettes costs $4.00 (even more in some areas), and you smoke one pack per day. $4.00 x 30 days = $120.00! What could you do with an extra $120.00 or more per month? Start saving money now and quit smoking.
Reason #4 – Your Children
Second hand smoke can cause serious health problems for your children. It increases the frequency as well as the severity of asthma in children. Second hand smoke can aggravate health problems your children already have such as, sinusitis, rhinitis, and cystic fibrosis. It can increase the number of colds and sore throats your children get. Also, second hand smoke increases the chances of your children getting bronchitis and pneumonia. Keep your children health and quit smoking.
If after reading this article, you find yourself thinking “I need to quit smoking, but I don’t know how”, check out my blog. http://quitsmokingnow123.blogspot.com/
My name is Mary Brown and I am a wife and a mother to 3 beautiful children.
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Mary_A._Brown

Cigarette smoking is the number one cause of death in America:

Cigarette smoking is the number one cause of death in America and the most preventable. Smoking causes coronary heart disease, lung cancer, and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). The harmful health effects of smoking cigarettes are innumerable. First off, smoking statistics show it is a major cause of stroke. It is responsible for forty percent of all strokes in people under sixty-five.
Smoking contributes to reduced bone marrow that can result in bone and hip fractures. This is prominent in women who have passed menopause. It also has an effect on your skin. It causes wrinkles around the eyes and mouth and gives skin a leathery appearance in some people.
Smoking is also associated with cervical cancer, stomach ulcers and cancer, kidney and bladder cancers, coronary heart disease, and lung cancer. It can also contribute to cancer of your voice box and throat. Add erectile dysfunction to the list. It is said that one in every five deaths in the United States is smoking related.
Benefits of quit smoking
So far we have not said anything good about the health effects of cigarette smoking. And we will not. If you are getting the idea that it would be to your benefit to quit smoking you are ahead of the game.
According to the 1990 report of the US Surgeon General, 'Smoking is probably the most important modifiable cause of poor pregnancy outcome among women in the United States.' The effects of smoking on pregnant women are well documented on the quit.org website.
The Surgeon General's Report on Smoking and Health, 1964 stated that "the habitual use of tobacco is related to psychological and social drives reinforced and perpetuated by pharmacological actions on the central nervous system, the latter being interpreted subjectively as a stimulant or a tranquilizer depending on the individual response".
Actually, to rely on any perceived psychological or social benefit as an excuse to continue smoking is ludicrous when weighed against the known facts. Make no mistake about it. Smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products are a major cause of death.
Jack Finnigan, Project Editor at http://www.yes-quit-smoking.com/, provides important advice, tips and focused information on how to quit smoking that can really help improve your chances for success.
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=John_Finnigan
<!--
